Q?I have contact information for alums not listed, how do I get them added to the Members’ List?
A.

If for any reason another alumni isn’t in the Members list, you can request they be added by selecting “Register An Alumni” from the Member’s dashboard once logged in.  Please allow 24-48 hours for registration approval.

Q?How do I get my contact information corrected?
A.

You can easily update your contact information by selecting the Edit Profile option from the Members’ dashboard page.

Q?How do I send photos to be included in the website’s photo gallery?
A.

Alumni who are registered with the website can upload photos from their Alumni Dashboard by selecting the “Send Us Your Photos” icon.

Q?How do I update my profile information?
A.

Once you’ve logged in to the Member’s Only area of the website, you can click on the EDIT PROFILE button and make any changes you would like to your profile.  The Edit profile button is located next to your username once logged in.

Q?I’m unable to login with the information I was given. What do I do?
A.

First, check and make sure you’re entering your username correctly.  It should be the first letter of your first name, then your last name.  So if your name is John Smith, your username would be jsmith.  Your password is your last name with the first letter capitalized (Example: Smith).

You can change your password once you log in for the first time.  If these credentials do not work for you, try to reset your password using your email address.  If that doesn’t work, please contact us and we will get you the needed information.

In the rare case that you share the same first initial of your first name and last name with another alumni, please try adding a 1 to the end of your login name.  (For example: jsmith1).  Make sure you’re logged in to the correct account before making any profile or password changes.

If your login information is not working correctly, please send an email to mikestrand@earthlink.net with your Contact Information and we will reset your user information.  Please include your Full Name, Mailing Address, Email Address, Phone Number & Pledge Class.

Q?How do I add a profile picture?
A.

Our website uses Gravatar for profile photos.  If you already have a Gravatar account associated with the email address your Lamba Pi account is associated with, your Gravatar will appear next to your profile.  If you don’t have a photo next to your account, visit Gravatar and upload one using the same email address your Lambda Pi profile is associated with.
