Bidwell Mansion Update: Todd Radke S-72, reports that a review process to rebuild or reimagine the Bidwell mansion is under way. Should the Mansion be rebuilt to original form? Rebuilt with modern updates and public uses or be reimagined as memorial for the Bidwell's and original land holders the Mechoopda Indians. Do you think that the Lambda Pi Alumni Association should donate to the rebuild? You have a say.

Chico State Fraternity Ban
"Chico State University has implemented a ban on new recruitment for fraternities due to a series of hazing incidents. The university aims to create new recruitment guidelines and foster open dialogue about hazing. The ban affects Interfraternity Council fraternities, which will be allowed to recruit again next fall. Fraternities not affiliated with the university and cultural fraternities can continue recruitment as usual. The university plans to gather feedback from Greek members, hold focus groups, and host town hall meetings to address the issue effectively." Action News 2/10/26
OUR LEGACY= "While Lambda Pi fraternity may not currently operate actively, its historical impact on the Chico State community and enduring alumni connections are a testament to its long-standing values of brotherhood, loyalty, and community service. The fraternity has played a significant role in fostering relationships and leadership among its members, leaving a lasting legacy at the university." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lambda_Pi
