1:27 pm Meeting called to order by Pat Geraghty. Opening with the Brotherhood Song.
2024 minutes read by secretary and approved by membership. Craig Bates made a motion to accept the minutes. A quorum of 21 members was attested.
PG – Gave Overview of last year's reunion, 2024 event, spent $31,000 at 80th reunion took in $9,000 for the event. Budget was $20k. We went over budget by $1,500. We got a shuttle bus and bigger turn out, put us over, but cost per person $100 within budget.
Friday, Dan Ostrander presentation with president of University, Steve Perez – good turnout.
Seufferlein, Oasis, Meeting, Alumni Event at Almendra, Post Party at Empire Club, Sunday at the O.
We had 7 events in total for 2024 fo the 80th anniversary.
Spirit of Brotherhood Award in 2024, went to Stacy Schafer. PG mentioned Craig Bates and Mike Strand as possible future recipients of the award.
We gave $100k to the Seufferlein Sales School donation
Lambda Pi alumni are strong.

Revamped the website. Check out many additions and updates.

In 2024 the Alumni Association Donated $1,000. to the Park Fire Restoration
International Pi Day – not a big winner
In October – Homecoming will be a open house at the Oasis during the CSU Alumni
Annual Seufferlein Event – in 2026 – 2027 will bring 3 other universities
Moved LP annual meeting to late April in 2025. In future move back to 1st week in May
PG did fundraise - $21k during his term as president. Gave out 17 scholarships
$120k CD was opened after our last reunion, were earned $3,917 in 2024

Scholarship over time have given $25k to LP Legacy
PG to retire from Presidency, will stay on Scholarship committee and help manage web site
Scholarship balance $21,950 in 2025

PG Submitted Wikipedia Page. It was picked up, researched and published by the librarian from Louisiana State University. A fraternity and sorority expert.
Honoring Lost Brothers – Steve Alberti, Lani Waller, Dave Hall, Jim Blazer, Pat Bryne, Timothy Riddle,
$800 of donations were collected to be deposited into the BELS scholarship fund

Craig Bates nominates Rod Hass – All vote, IIIIIIIII. Rod Hass is new Treasurer
Chris Rice, could not attend meeting, but agreed to remain as Secretary
Membership approves adding new President and Treasurer to Wells Fargo Bank accounts 8506567240 and 9246828769. Craig Bates to pull 10k from CD 2051248066 and deposit to checking. CD expires in June and will continue to be rolled over at best rate until needed for 85th reunion.
